ACCOMMODATION FEES

Here are our rental rates:-

HOMESTAY
1 Room : RM150/night (2-3 adults)
2 Rooms: RM250/night (4-6 adults)
3 Rooms: RM350/night (6-10 adults) - a house

**Price is negotiable, especially for a longer stay.

GUESTROOM
B1 & B2 : RM120/night (2-3 adults)

RM50 for a deposit once booking confirmed.
The remaining balance of your total room charge shall be paid upon check-in.

Check-in: 2.00 pm
Check-out: 12.00 pm

Remarks:
Late check-out will be charged hourly. RM15/hour for homestay and RM10/hour for Guestroom
We consider for late check-out up to 1.00 pm without any extra charges.

Terms & Condition

1. Non-halal foods and drinks are not allowed.
2. Any ritual activities are prohibited.
3. Intolerance for any immoral activities.
4. Pet is not allowed.
5. Please do not leave your valuable belonging during your absence.
6. Any damage to the equipment/furniture during your staycation will be charged during check-out.
7. Longer stay for up to 3 months. The homestay will be rated as a normal rental house with fully furnished.
